Vanessa Kemp has been at New Quadrant Partners since the firm’s inception in 2010. A private client solicitor, Kemp tends to advise UK-resident and domiciled UHNW individuals and their families on matters relating to their tax affairs, succession plans, trust structures, wills and estates.

Kemp also specialises in Court of Protection cases and helping vulnerable beneficiaries and clients who have been the victims of catastrophic personal injury. She tells Spear’s that these cases are becoming increasingly recognised and prioritised within families, and as a result Kemp’s approach is firmly communicative and empathetic. ‘I enjoy helping clients achieve what they want to achieve,’ she says. 

‘If clients feel that we’re going to add the value that they need, then I’m more than happy to be involved with them.’
