Rachel Cole
Spear’s Review
Rachel Cole has spent the past six years advising collectors through her art advisory firm. With a strong emphasis on stewardship and education, she helps clients navigate not only what to acquire, but why and how to build lasting and meaningful collections.
‘Many of our clients have been with us since the beginning and still work with us,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘A big part of that is caring about stewardship and teaching it. [Buying art] is more than just a transaction; it’s thinking about what it means to build a collection.’
Cole works closely with both individual collectors and their family offices – particularly those based in Asia, Europe and America – ensuring that their art strategy aligns with broader financial and legacy planning goals. She also advises on corporate projects, most recently curating artwork for the communal spaces of a luxury condominium in Palm Beach. ‘We also did a project with Bulgari for the opening of a new store,’ she adds.
