Sara Davison describes herself as a ‘pioneer’ in the divorce coaching industry, transforming personal pain into professional purpose. After experiencing heartbreak and loss, she now supports clients through the emotional challenges of separation with compassion and expertise.

‘I work crazy hours because I love what I do, and people need the help,’ she tells Spear’s. Her approach bridges the gap between legal expertise and emotional support, and part of her role is educating family lawyers to better protect vulnerable clients, especially victims of domestic abuse.

Davison, a survivor herself and patron of a domestic abuse charity, highlights that ‘30 per cent of domestic homicides in the UK happen within three months of separation’, underscoring the urgent need for awareness and safeguarding in family law.

Her mission is clear: ‘If I can turn my pain into something that helps one person, then that makes it all worthwhile.’
