Victoria Lajer is the co-CEO of Stanley Gibbons, a leader in the world of stamp collecting since its foundation in 1856.

Lajer’s career in philately began in 2007; she has since been involved with the Royal Philaletic Society, the Great Britain Philaletic Society and the Postal Museum as a trustee, board member and council member.

As ‘miniature works of art’, stamps have been valued by avid collectors and admirers since the invention of the Penny Black. Over the years, Stanley Gibbons, which has held a Royal Warrant since 1914, has been privy to some impressive sales, including that of a complete sheet of Chinese monkey stamps for over £109,250 at auction in 2015, which set a new house record.
