Spear's Review

Ashraf Sayed has spent over two decades in real estate law. As of counsel at Hadef & Partners, he represents several of the UAE's largest developers, HNWs and global investment funds. His experience includes transacting on some of the most high-profile properties in the emirate, including the sale of a villa for $163 million, which he says was one of the most expensive villas sold globally at the time. 

Raised in London, Ashraf moved to Dubai in 2006 after completing his LLB and LPC. He explains the appeal of Dubai, noting, 'Dubai manages to provide a number of benefits that most individuals, not just HNWs, consider as important factors when looking to invest or relocate.'

Looking forward, his focus is on 'continuing to extend my team and Hadef's reputation as the leading real estate law practice in the UAE'.
