Spear's Review

Ashraf Sayed has spent over 17 years in real estate law. As partner and head of real estate at Hadef & Partners, he represents some of the UAE’s largest developers, HNWs and global investment funds. His experience includes some of the most high-profile property transactions in the emirate, including the sale of a villa for USD 163 million in 2022, which he claims was one of the most expensive villas sold globally that year. 

Originally from London, Ashraf moved to Dubai in 2006 after completing his LLB and LPC. He explains the appeal of Dubai, noting, ‘Dubai manages to provide a number of benefits that most individuals, not just HNWs, consider as important factors when looking to invest or relocate.’

Looking forward, his focus is on ‘continuing to extend my team and Hadef’s reputation as the leading real estate law practice in the UAE’.
