Alongside his transactional work, Mousny also sits on the board of Cluster Yachting Monaco, a collection of brokers, advisers and various stakeholders who use Monaco as their yachting hub. It is this network, and the network that arises naturally from almost three decades in the business, that has awarded Mousny many client instructions.
He says his UHNW clients typically own yachts well over 40m in length, and points to ‘experience and having been in the industry for some time’ as the reason why high-profile clients from around the world come to him for representation.
