Nick Carter founded Harding Green in 2017 and now oversees a 30-person strong network of property brokers.

Carter previously worked at Chestertons, where he focused on the Kensington area. He launched Harding Green with one key objective: ‘Our business model is very simple: provide a brilliant service to our clients,’ Carter tells Spear’s.

Harding Green operates within the prime central London and country property markets, and uses technology to facilitate the sales, purchases and leases of residential and investment properties. Each broker at the firm comes from a top agency and brings with them their own ‘black book’ of contacts. This means that Carter and his team are able to serve a wide clientele – including family offices and many international HNW families and individuals.

The brokerage system, Carter says, is one of the main reasons why Harding Green is so attractive to clients. ‘There is only one person that [clients] will ever talk to ... that is why people want to work with us.’
