Alex Casaki is the chief executive officer of Dalham, a property agency operating from the UK and the UAE.

The former Savills partner launched Dalham UAE in 2024. The firm advises prominent UHNW families, entrepreneurs and family offices in the UAE on the disposal and acquisition of residential and investment properties in Dubai and in London. ‘Our role is to bridge the gap between London and Dubai and give advice to navigate and mitigate risk in terms of how and what to acquire,’ Casaki tells Spear’s.

Casaki also serves as director of Dalham Management, a London-based firm founded in 2019 which concentrates on the management of prime property when residents are out of the country; this includes hiring domestic staff and advising on interiors and decoration.
