Now based in California, Gray studied law but followed her passion for travel, working at active travel company Butterfield & Robinson for 14 years. She set up her own firm in 2009, recognising there was an opportunity in the market for a business that provides private trips for ‘curious, active and discerning’ travellers, who are keen to bike, walk or generally stay active on their holidays, but who also want a bit of indulgence.

Gray & Co can connect travellers to destinations across six continents, and organises all elements of a trip – including private jet and yacht charters, accommodation and meals.
