Sian Maher is a property agent specialising in super-prime chalets in the highly desirable Courchevel 1850 resort.

With over 600km of runs, ‘Les Trois Vallées’ is the largest ski area in the world, and Courchevel has seen superstars, celebrities and many UHNW individuals buying property 1,850m above sea level. Its popularity is not unfounded, being in a snow-sure area and enticing some of the largest luxury brands to open up stores on the high street. 

Maher has been a resident of Courchevel since 1995. Her local knowledge, connections and expertise have facilitated the brokerage of some of the most expensive ski chalets in the area – well into the tens of millions of euros and bordering on the hundreds of millions.
