‘We manage capital on behalf of our investors – generally HNW individuals, family offices, trusts, foundations and some institutions – and invest it in commercial real estate,’ explains managing partner Basil Demeroutis. ‘We evaluate over 1,000 opportunities per year and acquire only a small handful. These tend to be in the office, senior living and residential sectors, and in specific buildings that we then manage on behalf of our clients, implementing capital improvement measures and repositioning the properties to maximise value.’
