Having worked for several of London’s top property agencies since 2002, including Hamptons International, fluent Arabic speaker Caroline Takla established The Collection in 2009, specialising in property acquisition, development and managed sales. 

Takla tells Spear’s that she has led acquisitions worth over £750 million for HNWs from 41 countries. She says past and present clients include royalty, as well as highly successful business leaders, billionaires and Bollywood stars.

While Takla took some time away from her boutique firm in 2023, she returned to the fray in 2024. The Collection may now be a smaller operation than it once was, but Takla remains a noted industry figure.
