'General market forecasts are unreliable, but I can tell you the value of a particular project within 5 per cent,' he tells Spear's. Having ascertained what a client is trying to achieve, rather than simply what kind of property they are looking to buy, sell or build, Atkins manages the entire process until the keys are firmly in the door.
