Highly connected and affable agent Geoff Wilford has been selling, letting and managing property in prime central London since returning to the city from the Caribbean in 2009. He established Wilfords in 2011.

He now sells a wide range of property, from smaller short lets to freehold single houses worth £8 million to £10 million, concentrating on Kensington and Chelsea but venturing as far north as Islington and as far south as Brixton when the right property demands it. A second branch of Wilfords opened on Northcote Road in Battersea in 2023, allowing Wilford to expand his focus on prime property in south-west London.

Wilford tells Spear’s he is especially proud of working with a team whose average experience in the business is 21 years. ‘That's our unique selling point,’ he says, adding that his nearly three decades in the industry have given him invaluable connections and specialties.
