Henry Stuart is a real estate lawyer who worked at Withers for over three decades, making partner in 1991. He headed up the residential real estate team, dealing with high-value residential property in both London and the country. Clients were  generally wealthy UK families and individuals, as well as lots of international clients.

All of the transactions that Stuart worked on were complex and high-value (the highest-value transaction that he has ever dealt with being £90 million-plus), and it was not uncommon for transactions to have clients, funders and properties who were in different jurisdictions. 

Stuart retired in 2024 and is now a self-employed consultant.
