James Bailey founded JBB Property in 2019 with the vision of focusing on the property needs of HNW individuals. The firm works collaboratively with estate agency Henry & Jameson, which is proving to be ‘a winning strategy’, according to the firm.

A West London property specialist with 30 years of experience, Bailey began his career at Dunphys in Twickenham before joining Maskells in Chelsea. He explains that he spent time abroad after being headhunted for a firm in California, selling a ranch for $6 million in his first few weeks, and moved to Singapore in 1994 to pitch prime London developments for Cluttons. Fourteen years at Douglas & Gordon followed, after which he joined Henry & James.
