Johnny Fuller’s property career started in the 1980s, where he first worked alongside Stroud Fuller Lurot (SFL) partner Alex Stroud.

For 17 years, Fuller was part of Chesterfield, ‘the most bespoke and successful boutique team at the time’, according to SFL, until Savills bought the business. In his time running the Kensington and Notting Hill offices for Savills, Fuller quickly became the ‘man to go to,’ he says, but the urge to make one’s own way can be strong.

SFL has been an ‘extraordinary success’ since its inception in 2020, having acquired and sold a very credible list of properties, most of which have transacted off-market. ‘Both Alex and Johnny have a reputation within the market for honesty, integrity and trust, and now make a formidable pairing,’ says one local agent.
