A law graduate and former financial adviser for one of the UK’s largest retail banks, Joshua Elash co-founded MT Finance in 2009 following a spell at a specialist property fund in Paris, where he was responsible for investor relations, reporting and capital raising.

Now into its second decade, MT Finance is a property financing firm that offers bridging loans and auction finance. Elash tells Spear’s that the company is proud to have assisted numerous property professionals, business owners and HNWs with their financing requirements, delivering short-term loans at speed. ‘We are a lender that you can rely on and trust,’ Elash says. ‘We believe in utmost transparency – there are no hidden payments and charges.’
