When Karim Bazzi set up Homes One in 2005, he was already established in the property world. In his previous career as an estate agent, Bazzi would always ‘look at things from the buyer’s point of view’, he tells Spear’s, leading to the recommendation that he become a buying agent.

Bazzi took his ‘black book’ and built it up, dealing with increasingly high-value properties in Kensington and Chelsea, Notting Hill, Marylebone and St John’s Wood. Two decades on, he still puts everything into looking out for buyers, and has developed a specialism in advising Lebanese and other Middle Eastern clients.

Homes One also benefits from being a ‘one-stop shop’: Bazzi’s wife, Najwa Mroue, is an interior designer and founder of Homes One Interiors, which offers architecture, design and home staging services in London and abroad.
