Keir Chastney and business partner Giles Tagg worked together at a family office-backed lender before striking out on their own and founding Rubicon Capital in 2015.
Chastney specialises in providing investment opportunities to HNWs and family offices via fast and flexible mezzanine finance, helping to facilitate residential property developments in the London area and south-west England.
In late 2022, Chastney and Tagg launched Viridis Finance, a business dedicated to funding and promoting socially and environmentally responsible residential developments across the UK. Viridis offers loans from £500,000 upwards, all the way to £10 million, depending on the nature of the projects.
