Lara Leigh-Wood founded Beacon Gainer in 2015 with the mission to work towards specific wealth management goals, and connecting HNW clients with multi-disciplinary specialists who share them.

Beacon Gainer, by contrast, aims to provide a new model for its clients. ‘Financial peace of mind is not only about preserving private wealth,’ she says. ‘It is also identifying, focusing on and achieving clear life goals whilst enjoying the user experience.’

She has also spearheaded a new technology initiative, linking clients to professional service firms with clear social purpose and sustainability principles.

As managing director, Leigh-Wood is the first point of contact for all clients. Her attention to detail is vital. She is driven by her understanding that while wealth creators have the broadest senses of social responsibility, specialists need to be highly effective and deeply personable.
