Mark Clubb is the executive chairman of the Jersey based TEAM Asset Management. 

Clubb was an investment banker for nearly three decades, having held various senior management positions at UBS Phillips & Drew, and BZW before embarking on a second career in investment management.

He has built a 10-year track record of consistent market competitive portfolio returns investing in global equities. 

Clubb has a deep understanding of corporate capital structures and explained to Spear’s that it is his role to ‘provide the infrastructure that allows the advisers at TEAM to be great, and if our advisers are great, it means our clients get great advice’.
