Mark Levine has headed the real estate practice at Simons Muirhead Burton since 2016. The team is known for providing practical and commercial legal advice to clients in the commercial and residential sectors, and Levine has particular expertise in dealing with London-based retail, hotel and leisure sites, and is able to guide UK and overseas developers, investors and national charities on complex property-related issues.

The firm assists with all aspects of real estate transactions, from purchase and development to letting and sale, advising both borrowers and established secured lenders on their real estate funding and security arrangements.

Levine qualified in 2004 and spent time at Mishcon de Reya and Hamlins before joining Simons Muirhead Burton.
