Founded in 1985 by Mark Pollack and Richard Bernstone, Aston Chase is an independent residential property agency that mainly operates in central and north-west London. Its traditional strongholds are Marylebone, St John’s Wood, Regent’s Park, Little Venice, Primrose Hill, Hampstead and Highgate.

It’s an enviable niche, in part because of the great educational institutions, such as the brilliant independent schools in Hampstead, which are a constant draw for HNWs.
