Founded in 1985 by Mark Pollack and Richard Bernstone, Aston Chase is an independent residential property agency that mainly operates in central and north-west London. Its traditional strongholds are Marylebone, St John's Wood, Regent's Park, Little Venice, Primrose Hill, Hampstead and Highgate.

It's an enviable niche, in part because of the great independent schools in the area, which are a constant draw for HNWs, but also because of the green spaces and Hampstead Heath itself, around which many homes have been bought and sold in recent years.
