Mathias Melgaard, the managing director of Prime Estate, is passionate about Monaco. He describes the principality as ‘a utopian place, almost as a reward for lifelong achievement and hard work’ and a ‘safe haven’.

Born to Danish parents in Luxembourg, Melgaard was raised in Monaco and speaks five languages, which enables him to cater to a highly international network of UHNWs.

He says his team at Prime Estate shares his enthusiasm for Monaco, calling them ‘the ultimate connoisseurs of Monaco’ who will help UHNWs navigate all aspects of property transactions, with additional support from external experts in areas such as legal, lifestyle and interior design.
