Equestrian power couple Mette and Michel Assouline run their own dressage emporium in Essex, Assouline Dressage, training both horses and riders.

Classically practised, they offer a full range of services for the dressage enthusiast, and source, train and sell dressage horses of all levels.

The couple have a truly elite clientele and supply horses to top international riders, including Carl Hester, who competed with Escapado at the Athens Olympics. Mette, who used to be a member of the Danish dressage team, remains a rider and a trainer, competing in and training others on the international circuit, with a particular focus on bringing young horses up to Grand Prix level.
