Highgate partner Patrick Harrison brings an enviable wealth of knowledge to the communications advisory brief. 

Before joining the firm in 2022, Harrison spent seven years as a vice president at Weber Shandwick. He had previously served as press secretary to King Charles III (during his time as Prince of Wales) from 2003 to 2014 and worked for three years as a press officer at the Home Office.

He now acts for CEOs, HNW individuals and their family offices, entrepreneurs and politicians, and advises on wide-ranging matters including reputation management, complex litigation, corporate communications and philanthropy.

While much of his work is responding to crises and navigating high-stakes issues, he also supports intergenerational families with their legacy and succession plans. ‘We do have clients who want to be a bit more proactive,’ he tells Spear’s, ‘which could be legacy building or continuing to work with clients where we are driving forward their philanthropic initiatives.’
