Penny Mosgrove is the CEO of Quintessentially Estates, a property agency allied to but run independently from the concierge giant Quintessentially.
The firm, founded in 2007, has an international reach and offers a ‘bespoke solution’ to sourcing and selling property through its various specialities in property searches, acquisitions, marketing, sales, lettings and home management services. Despite running the international business, Mosgrove still sees value in personally taking on clients looking to buy homes. ‘That’s the fun bit, right?’ she says.
Mosgrove notes that demand for real estate over the past few years has become increasingly apparent: ‘What our clients all have in common is that they expect the very best service, tailored to their requirements. Our role is to stay ahead of the curve and exceed expectations.’
