Initially established as the property arm of a firm of chartered surveyors, Somerset Estates evolved in 2012 in response to demand from clients looking for bespoke and trusted property management for luxury residences.

Somerset says that ‘the management of luxury properties takes a particular kind of firm’. For her, Somerset Estates’ knowledge of construction, property and legal issues ‘enables us to accommodate and assist with a wide range of matters and advice’, including an in-house gardening service that recently remodelled a Holland Park property’s garden.
