Initially established as the property arm of a firm of chartered surveyors, Somerset Estates evolved in 2012 in response to demand from clients looking for bespoke and trusted property management for luxury residences.

For her, Somerset Estates’ knowledge of construction, property and legal issues ‘enables us to accommodate and assist with a wide range of matters and advice’. This includes security risk assessments, an in-house gardening service and home technology maintenance.
