Licensed to practise law in England and California, Richard Pearson founded California-based Avion Law to advise domestic and international clients on multi-jurisdictional aviation matters.

Pearson’s practice centres around the sale and purchase of business jets, but also advises on ownership structuring, and the financing, management and operation of aircraft.

Pearson has won a loyal client base made up of HNW individuals who value his life experience and technical expertise. ‘I have over 35 years of experience in this space, but I also bring a wealth of business acumen from starting up my own business,’ Pearson tells Spear’s. 

He maintains, however, that efficiency should never compromise on quality. ‘I'm pragmatic. I get deals done, but not at the cost of my clients' interests.’
