Thomas Balashev founded Montague Real Estate in 2015 with the purpose of helping UHNW clients purchase some of the finest homes on the planet. 

His clients include family offices, private equity organisations and CEOs across Europe and the Middle East. Building on his success, in 2020 Balashev founded a sister company, Monta Capital. The firm specialises in acquiring real estate in London on behalf of clients and enhancing its value through strategic development and planning. 

When Balashev recently caught up with Spear’s, he explained that he enjoys ‘overseeing development projects and integrating international investors into the UK market’. He was keen to emphasise that while he is still the director and owner of Montague Real Estate, he is dedicated to growing Monta Capital and continuing to support UHNW investors.
