Trevor Kearney is no stranger to high-value deals. Having spent ten years at Savills advising on the sale of super-prime properties in sought-after locations such as St George's Hill and Sandbanks, he started his own firm The Private Office: Real Estate in the summer of 2024.

For the charismatic CEO, it's a risk that has paid off.

‘We've entered the market at the best possible time when the clients that I've been assisting for two decades are looking at The Private Office as something truly curated for them,’ he tells Spear's. ‘Today we have publicly and privately listed about £450 million worth of real estate.’

While it's still early days for the firm, Kearney's boutique-style offering is resonating with his client book and the wider market. He claims that his firm is ‘becoming the obvious third choice’ behind the more established giants of Knight Frank and Savills.  

‘It's a tremendous amount of success,’ he adds. ‘Long may it continue.’
