AFP Bloom partner William Healing is no stranger to high-value, multi-jurisdictional cases: he is particularly well known for his expertise in Anglo-French affairs, and the range of nuptial agreements he works on often involve assets above £100 million.

Healing has over 20 years’ experience in family law and is a trained mediator. While he is a strong advocate in court when necessary, he prioritises resolving matters swiftly and discreetly through out-of-court settlements wherever possible. In his career he has dealt with ‘cases raising significant points of law’, the firm says. 

He is also active in the industry, both as a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and as vice president of the European chapter.
