Anthony Becher was an equity partner at property company RFR for six years before establishing Bluedoor Advisors in 2017. In 2023 he formed an alliance with top-tier property development and design firm Finchatton to establish the brokerage Finchatton Advisory. ‘I’m adapting again because the world is changing,’ he tells Spear’s.

The new partnership between Andrew Dunn, founder and CEO of Finchatton, and Becher is formally independent of the Finchatton development company but benefits from the huge network and the level of trust both men have built with their respective clients globally. 

‘We’ve created a global network of people we work with in key places where our clients like to either holiday or live,’ Becher explains. ‘London is very much the epicentre of everything we do, but then our clients will ask us to go further afield.’

Becher remains the point of contact between his clients and a wider group of advisers worldwide. ‘What we’re doing is like what a private bank would do – we’re property wealth advisers.’
