With more than two decades of experience in the London property market, Alexander Millett is well versed in the requirements of HNW clients.

After spells at several top firms, including Knight Frank, Millett established his own business, Alexander Millett International. The firm is structured like a private family office, taking pride in providing a personal touch when advising families looking to purchase and sell homes. 

Millet tells Spear’s he has been advising UHNW clients on super-prime property in Marbella, Barbados, San Francisco, Germany and Dubai, and is working on the first branded residences in the Maldives. 

Despite this, his ‘main source of business remains prime central London around Hyde Park, and most of it is done very discreetly off-market’.

Adviser Profile

Alexander’s career started in 1999, when he worked at a series of high-profile real estate firms. As a qualified chartered surveyor, Alexander joined Knight Frank as a partner in 2011. More recently he headed up BNP Paribas Real Estate’s UK international and private client division, working with BNP Paribas’s wealth management division globally in assisting their clients with residential property requirements throughout the United Kingdom.

He has since established his own firm, which is driven largely by word of mouth and recommendation by existing or previous clients, as well as by high-level property and financial industry contacts, including major international banks and their wealth management divisions.
