Glenfield Property Management's Yasmin Ulhaq aims to remove the stress from managing a super-prime luxury property. ‘I have made it my mission to ensure every client feels valued and cared for,’ she tells Spear's.

With clients in One Hyde Park, Chelsea Creek, Knightsbridge and Ebury Square, Ulhaq oversees the management of luxury homes in London – worth nearly £700 million collectively – for a mixture of family offices, international investors and UHNWs. Ulhaq, who runs Glenfield's operations and liaises with clients, has more than 20 years' experience in the field, having previously worked at Knight Frank. 

While the firm's core focus lies in the ‘strategic management and preservation of high-value residential assets’, Ulhaq also offers property concierge services and support for HNWs settling into their new abodes, even stretching to children's entertainment and restocking fridges, all while providing a ‘seamless service around the clock’.
