Former Savills director Edward Heaton has over three decades of experience in the prime property industry, having worked in London, the south east and the West Country. 

His company, Heaton & Partners, which has been operational for over a decade, specialises in providing search and buying advice across London and southern England for UK and international HNW clients. 

The firm also operates a property management arm, delivering a bespoke, concierge-style service to oversee every detail of home management for affluent families.

Heaton is clearly passionate about his work, and he tells Spear’s: ‘I genuinely believe we have one of the best jobs going, because we deal with extraordinary people, and their stories are always fascinating. When it comes to the business end, no one will be more dogged or determined to try and do a deal for our clients than we are.’
