Chris Cole is one of the founding partners of Lockhart Capital Management. In 2019, Lockhart announced a partnership with Impetus. The organisation has a portfolio of around 20 UK charities that provide direct support to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them to stay in school and secure qualifications, skills and employment.
