The forward-thinking Fella Khelifi-Arnulphy is an impressive operator. Her wealth management career spans 25 years and includes portfolio management and advisory roles in the UK and Switzerland, with stints at UBP, Citi Private Bank and, now, EFG International, where she is head of advisory solutions for Monaco and the Middle East. 

With a cosmopolitan background – she speaks Arabic, French and English – the Geneva-based adviser is well placed to advise UHNWs, family offices and institutional clients with interests spanning the globe.

Fella works with a broad range of UHNW individuals, family offices and institutional clients across the globe, drawing on more than 20 years of front-line experience in wealth management. Her career has been shaped by close work with entrepreneurial families and institutions whose interests span multiple regions and asset classes.

Since joining EFG in 2015, she has played a central role in developing the firm’s advisory capabilities, culminating in her appointment in 2023 as head of advisory solutions for the Middle East and Monaco. In this role, she leads advisory teams based in Geneva, Zurich, Dubai and Monaco, focusing on delivering coherent, high-conviction investment advice across borders.

Fella’s advisory style is collaborative and pragmatic. She works with clients to clarify objectives and risk appetite, then helps them implement portfolios designed to withstand shifting market and macroeconomic conditions. She is particularly experienced in navigating complex family dynamics, cross-border considerations and the challenges of multigenerational wealth.

Having grown up in Algeria and lived and worked in several financial centres, Fella brings a genuinely international perspective. Her fluency in Arabic, French and English enables her to bridge cultures as well as markets, and to build long-term relationships based on trust and discretion.

Beyond her client responsibilities, Fella is an active voice on diversity and inclusion within the industry. She created and chairs EFG International’s Women’s Network and frequently contributes to conferences and publications on the future of wealth and leadership.
