MASECO’s co-founder and managing partner James Sellon is pleased with his firm, 16 years after it opened its doors. A three-year human capital investment programme is starting to bear fruit, and all of its wealth pods are ‘firing on all cylinders’. ‘I believe this is testament to the tailored proposition we deliver to every client,’ said Sellon, who won the Spear’s Award for HNW Asset Manager of the Year in 2016.

The firm consistently posts ‘very high’ net promoter scores, with Sellon noting that the company has consistently evolved to meet the needs of its clientele.

‘Today I spend my time advising larger families, coupled with helping drive the strategic direction of the firm,’ he said.
