Harry Whittaker

Spear’s Review

Bath Conservation Architects (BCA), founded in 2018 by Harry Whittaker, who has over 30 years of industry experience, specialises in the refurbishment of churches, country houses and landed estates.

Successful projects include the separation and extension of the Grade II*-listed Summerhill Mansion in Bath, as well as several new homes, including Chaffcombe House in Somerset.

Each of Whittaker’s projects is informed by intensive research, and his designers combine ‘a highly scholarly approach to restoration and repair whilst introducing elegant modern materials’.

He is a RIBA-accredited conservation architect and a member of the Ecclesiastical Architects and Surveyors Association.
