Since 2008 Mark Osborne has been co-owner of William Powell Sporting, the agency that runs sporting days – including shooting and all kinds of fishing – on estates from the Angus Glens in Scotland to Endsleigh in Devon in the UK and internationally in countries including South Africa, Spain and Argentina.

Osborne says a commitment to customer service is the vital thing that sets William Powell Sporting apart when it comes to running sporting days. Everything from equipment hire to photography to accommodation is available through the agency, with special accommodation made for guests who do not themselves shoot or fish but wish to accompany the party.

He is also managing director of JM Osborne Rural & Sporting, a sporting estate management company, and has been a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Land Agent for over 40 years.
