Roger Sahota has a thriving criminal defence practice and is regularly retained by UHNWs, CEOs, senior politicians and celebrities. He joined the Mayfair-based Berkeley Square Solicitors in 2016, where he focuses on serious crime, fraud and regulatory law as well as crypto asset litigation and financial crime.

Sahota has acted on a range of complex cases, including those involving cross-border blackmail and extortion allegations, Interpol red notices and the seizure of crypto assets valued at around £3 billion, and has appeared at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the International Criminal Court, the European Court of Human Rights and the Special Court for Sierra Leone. 

He has been called upon by companies, financial institutions and international law firms for his expertise in securing successful outcomes, especially in cases where knowledge of how to manage reputational damage is needed.
