With more than two decades of experience in employment law, Matt Gingell founded Lombards to advise clients on employment law across the City of London.

Typical cases Gingell acts on are redundancies, firm restructurings, discrimination, whistleblowing and grievance procedures, as well as TUPE transfers. For senior executives, he is well placed to advise on exit packages and settlement agreements.

He has written guides for employers and frequently provides commentary on employment law matters for outlets including Sky News, the Guardian and the Independent. He holds a law degree from Bristol UWE.
