The no-nonsense agent has expanded the company to include capital advisory and asset management divisions. With a client pool comprising private property companies, institutions, banks, pension funds, family offices, receivers and administrators, his firm is capable of handling all manner of residential property matters.

Recent successful transactions include the sale of 73 houses to a pension fund for over £25,000,000 and the sale of a 7-acre site in London with planning for 972 flats.
