Tara Bernerd’s Belgravia practice, founded in 2002, is active from London to Hong Kong and prides itself on its ‘imaginative’ approach to interior planning and design.
Though the team specialises in bespoke projects, designs are united by a signature style of ‘approachable luxury with an industrial edge’, which can be seen in many of Bernerd’s iconic creations, such as the Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale, the Belmond Maroma in Mexico, the Conrad in Los Angeles and The Hari in Hong Kong.
Residential projects are equally varied, with her designs appearing in penthouses in Florida, ski chalets in Switzerland and on superyachts. She also makes frequent appearances in the media, including Bloomberg, the Sunday Times, Vogue and the Financial Times.
