Katharine Pooley’s designs are timeless, luxurious and layered, with great attention paid to bespoke and quality craftsmanship.
The interior and architectural design studio reports that around 90 per cent of business is completed overseas, and 2025 saw projects delivered across the world, from Hong Kong to Mallorca, and Colorado to Kuwait.
The Middle East continues to be a big focus: one notable project involved transforming a beachfront villa on the Palm Jumeirah, and Pooley also recently worked on a 46,000sq ft property in Qatar, creating a ‘Gatsby suite’ with nods to the glamour of the Art Deco era.
Reflecting on her career, Pooley tells Spear’s: ‘I don’t think priorities have changed a great deal. Ultimately, private clients want a home that’s both beautiful and practical.’
