James Rawes is one of Garrington’s most widely experienced agents, having started his work in property as a selling agent in Berkshire and Surrey in the late 1980s.

He moved to London to work in Notting Hill and St John’s Wood, then South Kensington and Chelsea before moving out of sales into block management, where he learned a great deal about the leasing side of the industry.

He has been with Garrington – searching for and acquiring properties for prime buyers in a huge range of neighbourhoods north and south of the Thames – since 2006. He lives in Richmond and maintains a highly active knowledge of real estate opportunities in the capital.
