‘Our key clients team has been hugely successful in London’s large estates,’ Anshul Raja, head of the key clients department at Chestertons, tells Spear’s. 

Primarily advising landed estates, family offices and institutional investors, Raja is a Chestertons stalwart, having joined the firm in 1995 while working towards a diploma in law. Success for the property agent is improving profitability and efficiency by advising on management strategies for his clients’ properties. In 2024, Raja was also appointed an executive director at Chestertons’ parent company, Campions Group, where he looks after key clients and business development.

Established in 1805, Chestertons is among the oldest estate agencies in the world. The firm is a founding member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a global network of offices around the world.
