Saiman co-founded Six Degrees in 2023 with fellow former RBC colleague Katherine Waller. The boutique firm takes a highly personalised approach with clients, focusing on helping business leaders and HNW families craft strategies around their wealth, whether it is pre- or post-exit planning, or navigating conversations about wealth across generations.

Saiman explains that for many entrepreneurs, making money is not necessarily the primary objective of the business; rather, wealth is the by-product of success. As a result, ‘creating vast amounts of wealth can be destabilising’. His team makes sure to dive deep into the psychology of human behaviour and clients’ perspectives around wealth to curate a plan that works.

‘Everyone has a unique relationship with wealth and money, and understanding that [relationship] is key to building the right strategy.’
